Over the past three years (2004-07), our faculty has been awarded a total of $14.5 million in research grants and contracts. Despite our relatively small size, the department was ranked 9th in the country for faculty scholarly productivity, according to the 2007 Academic Analytics Index of Faculty Scholarly Productivity.
